Information pursuant to article 13 of Legislative decree 30 June 2003 n.196, code in the matter of protection of personal data.
The law 31 December 1996 n. 675, containing provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, was amended by legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, which introduced, from the 1st January 2004, a new code regarding personal data.
The code in particular states that the person involved must be preventively informed about the use of their personal data and that the processing of personal data by the company that holds them is allowed only with the consent of the subject involved, except in cases provided by law.
The company in line with the art.13 of the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, states that:
a: The data collected here have the roal of registering the user and to activate an informative service for him to have against him. These data will be processed electronically in accordance with applicable laws.
b: These data will be communicated to the subjects responsible for the service management, and only divulged within the scope of the service.
c: The person has the rights which art. 13 of the decree states
